It has been a long time coming but the brewery is finally coming together. The brewhouse is in the restaurant. Glycol is almost done being piped. All the probes have been wired. But we still need to turn on the power and finally test this thing. That being our first brew day looks like it will be in early July.
The restaurant however, will be open by then. With 52 taps, 300 wines, and all the craft spirits you could ask for, this will be Frank Sinatra’s man-cave. Other than that we have been getting hop samples and trying out some of our core beers with some cool new Australian and German hops to try and give our beers a new kick.
